We're currently hiring to add team members to our tasting room and festival crew!

We’re looking for friendly, outgoing team members to join our tasting room and festival teams. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys creating welcoming guest experiences, enjoys wine, and doesn’t mind a fast-paced environment and rolling up their sleeves!

Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.

Festival Crew

• Availability: 1-3 days per month, including Friday evenings
• Assisting with trailer set-up and breakdown
• Serving customers in a welcoming, efficient manner
• Preparing beverages, including slushies
• Handling cash and processing payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace throughout events
• Events are off-site, candidates may need their own transportation to events

Tasting Room

• Availability: Two weekends per month and 1-2 days during the week (mostly Monday & Friday with flexibility for other weekdays if needed)
• Greeting guests and guiding them though tastings and menu offerings
• Pouring and serving wine
• Processing transactions accurately (cash and card)
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar and tasting room areas
• Assisting with opening/closing duties, restocking, and cleaning (general upkeep of bathrooms, floors, bar areas, etc)

Ideal Candidates

• Warm and personable
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable interacting with customers
• Ability to multitask
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
• Previous food service or retail experience a plus, but not required
